Hello I'm Becky. I am a mum of 4 children, who are now all school aged. I have been a stay at home mum, now a working from home mum and previously I was a secondary school science teacher. My passion for supporting women through my role as a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter lead to training with Lyndsey Hookway IBCLC to become a Holistic Sleep Coach and now onto training to become a Breastfeeding Counsellor with the NCT.

What I do

I will help you find the best sleep solution, whilst respecting the needs of all the individuals in your family. Protecting and deepening your bond is a priority to enable your child to feel safe and ready for sleep. I work holistically, looking at the big picture and all things that can affect sleep. The information I use is evidence-based in the scientific literature of infant sleep. Using my experience in supporting breastfeeding, I now specialise in supporting women to continue to breastfeed whilst improving sleep.

What I don't do

I don't promise to get your baby to "sleep through the night" as this may not be realistic for your child. I don't have a magic trick or guaranteed program to follow, one size does not fit all! And I do not use or advocate techniques that cause children to become distressed with no comfort from you. No cry-it-out or versions of.

There are two different ways you can work with me. As a consultation client we will work closely, indepth for a couple of months or if you just want some answers you can book a chat with me for 45 mins.
